Windows Vista Taskbar and Start Menu.

Vista Taskbar

The Vista taskbar is pretty much the same as what we are used to with Windows XP. Just a lot sexier.

Vista Start Menu

The Vista start menu is an organized tree list of menu items. The new menu structure allows you to navigate the menu structure faster and easier than the old Windows XP menu. You can add and remove items from the menu structure quick and easily by simply dragging and dropping.

Customizing the Start Menu
Open Control Panel.
Double click "Taskbar and Start Menu".
On the "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties", click the Start Menu tab.
Select "Classic Start Menu". Note: This will change your Start Menu to Windows XP style Menu. You can change it back to Vista Start Menu style at anytime.
Click "Apply", Click "Ok".

Now you will see your start menu reflects the changes you have made.

To undo these changes, repeat the process above, this time on the "Start Menu" tab, select the "Start menu" option, click "Apply", click "Ok".
