Microsoft Windows Update is one of the most important daily tasks that need to be
performed to ensure optimal security. Windows update can be configured to automatically
check for essential security updates daily.
To configure Windows Update follow these easy steps:
Open the Control Panel. Start, Control Panel.
Double click the Windows Update icon.
On the left hand menu, click change settings.
Ensure, Install updates automatically (recommended) is selected. Under, Install
new updates, select Every day from the dropdown list and select a time when you
know you ill be online.
Click OK, Click Continue for UAC.
